Wellworth operates as a professional Services provider delivering manpower- intensive and compliance-driven Services. All Services are delivered strictly in accordance with applicable laws, contractual commitments, operational feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Clients shall ensure that their premises, systems, and operational environments are safe and compliant with applicable laws, including safety, labour, and workplace regulations, to enable Wellworth personnel to perform Services without undue risk.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all personnel deployed by Wellworth, including security guards, facility staff, supervisors, and manpower resources, remain employees of Wellworth. Wellworth retains exclusive authority over recruitment, training, supervision, discipline, and statutory compliance of its workforce.
Clients shall not directly engage, solicit, or induce Wellworth personnel for employment or contractual work during or after the Services term without prior written consent.
Wellworth follows a compliance-first operating model and adheres to all applicable labour laws, statutory obligations, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to the Services provided.
Clients acknowledge that statutory requirements may evolve and agree to cooperate with Wellworth in implementing changes required to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
All business, financial, operational, and proprietary information exchanged between the parties shall be treated as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law, regulation, or contractual obligation.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination or expiry of the Services relationship.
All intellectual property including website content, Services methodologies, documents, training materials, trademarks, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Wellworth Facilities Pvt Ltd unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
Wellworth reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication.
